MATT BYGATE – LEAD ENGINEER
Matt is very much the cheeky face of Gower Plumbing & Gas, with over 15 years’ experience in the heating and plumbing trade. With a meticulous eye for detail, he loves the inner workings of a boiler and hates wonky pipes.

JANET – OFFICE MANAGER
Quite literally the ‘mum’ of the office, northerner Janet keeps the whole team in check! Janet has been an essential member of the business since its inception and is never offended if you ask her to speak slowly!

JAMES – FINANCE DIRECTOR
Strictly a numbers fella, James is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience working with SMEs. When he’s not on holiday, James can be found crunching the numbers – but fear not, as we keep him at arm’s length from any pipework!

JAMIE – PLUMBER
Jamie joined back with Gower Plumbing at the end of 2019 after leaving us back in 2018 to go to sunny Australia. He is a level 2 NVQ qualified plumber and is working towards his level 3 NVQ and gas qualification.

EMMA – SALES EXECUTIVE
Emma is a mother of two with 2O years sales experience, she will be contacting our existing and new customers to promote our excellent Boiler Service and Maintenance Plans, she can be very persuasive! As well as answering the phone from time to time, Emma loves to chat! She will chat to anyone about anything. When she’s not on the phone to our customers she loves going to the theatre to watch a musical and spending time with her two children Lottie and Frankie. Emma has a degree in Drama!
